For me, discovering small street arts, fairy houses, etc, absolutely makes my day. I love the specialness of finding a treasure out in the world. The obvious response to this was to sculpt little creatures, cast them in resin, and leave my tiny minions everywhere.
Finders Creatures is an ongoing public art project to put small bits of fun into the world. They are native to the Pacific Northwest, but can often be spotted in Colorado as well, and have been discovered as far away as Spain, Germany and Ireland. If you find one, feel free to leave it, re-hide it, or take it home with you :)
