I had the opportunity to be the "resident artist" during the buildout of Peacock Bar at 1400 Morrison St. in Portland. This gorgeous queer bar is a labor of love, pulled together by a handful of incredible people. I designed and painted the bathrooms, several show-piece mirrors, the entrance, and the monster mural on the wall, plus designing the logo, and had a really fun summer spending way too many hours on a scaffold.
